Can you fix a mistake in my order?

Yes, if something was incorrectly fulfilled on our end we will do our best to address it as quickly as possible. Sometimes this takes a few days.

Can I return or exchange items?

Unfortunately because all orders are personally fulfilled by one dude, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for anything other than incorrect/defective items.

How long do you take to ship?

Please allow up to 10 working days (M-F) to process your order before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to COVID shipping restrictions we have temporarily disabled international orders for most countries aside from the US, Canada, and much of South America. Countries we cannot currently ship to include Australia, France, Germany, and New Zealand. (As of January 2022)

When is _________ coming back in stock?

We can only produce and fulfill items in limited quantities. Sold out items will not be restocked unless otherwise noted on the item page.

My order was returned. Can you resend it?

Returned orders will be automatically refunded. You will need to place another order.

Can you hold something for me and ship it on a certain date? Or ship something early?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate these kinds of requests.
