Can you fix a mistake in my order?

Yes, if something was incorrectly fulfilled on our end we will do our best to address it as quickly as possible. Sometimes this takes a few days.

Can I return or exchange items?

Unfortunately because all orders are personally fulfilled by just-some-guy, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.

How long do you take to ship?

Please allow up to 10 working days (M-F) to process your order before shipping.

My order was returned. Can you resend it?

Returned orders will be automatically refunded. You will need to place another order.

Can you hold something for me and ship it on a certain date? Or ship something early?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate these kinds of requests.

Do you ship internationally?

It depends—we have shipped worldwide via USPS international mail, but some countries such as Australia currently do not accept packages due to Covid restrictions. Orders placed from Australia will be cancelled and refunded.

When is _________ coming back in stock?

We can only produce and fulfill items in limited quantities. Sold out items will not be restocked unless otherwise noted on the item page.
